Dr. Maisel’s cre­ativ­ity coach­ing train­ings teach you how to coach cre­ative and per­form­ing artists and other cre­ative indi­vid­u­als and how to build a cre­ativ­ity coach­ing prac­tice. His two train­ings, Intro­duc­tion to Cre­ativ­ity Coach­ing Train­ing and Advanced Cre­ativ­ity Coach­ing Train­ing, are required train­ings for Cre­ativ­ity Coach­ing Asso­ci­a­tion cer­ti­fi­ca­tion. How­ever, they may be taken whether or not you are pur­su­ing CCA certification.

The Intro­duc­tion to Cre­ativ­ity Coach­ing Train­ing is a 16-week email-based train­ing designed to intro­duce you to cre­ativ­ity coach­ing. You can take the train­ing wher­ever you live and no spe­cial com­puter skills are nec­es­sary, only the abil­ity to send and receive emails. The train­ing is designed to ready you to prac­tice as a cre­ativ­ity coach, although fur­ther train­ing is rec­om­mended. The train­ing also has a self-coaching com­po­nent for cre­ative and per­form­ing artists and oth­ers who are inter­ested in cre­ativ­ity and who want to learn the prin­ci­ples of cre­ativ­ity coach­ing as they apply to their own cre­ative life. The next train­ing start dates are Sep­tem­ber 5, 2011, Feb­ru­ary 13, 2012, June 11, 2012 and Sep­tem­ber 12, 2012. You may take the Advanced Cre­ativ­ity Coach­ing train­ing simul­ta­ne­ously with the Intro­duc­tion to Cre­ativ­ity Coach­ing train­ing. The full fee is refund­able until the start date, after which time it is not refund­able but can be applied to a future train­ing or work­shop.
